- Yes! All schools receive a tax-levy allocation for this purpose through School Allocation Memorandum NO. 51 (“SAM-51”), and eligible schools also receive either a Title I or Title III SAM-51 allotment. Check SCHOOL ALLOCATION MEMORANDUM NO. 52, FY 2022
