ingredients:
1) 1/2 cup rolled oats
2) 1 cup of almond milk (or any plant milk of choice)
3) 1 tablespoon maple syrup
4) 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
5) 2 tablespoons of cacao unsweetened
6) 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
steps:
mix the ingredients first, then add the almond milk (leaving out the maple syrup and the peanut butter). You can either stick the bowl in the microwave for about 5 minutes mixing every 2 minutes, or you can cook it on the stove top by, bring it to a boil and continuously stirring until it thickens to your desired consistency. if you like your oatmeal more runny, you can add more milk. when its cooked and ready, pour it in a bowl and mix in the maple syrup and the peanut butter. as the oats are still hot, the peanut butter will melt in it.
