My Philosophy:

Teaching is like building a house.  You have a strong foundation; everything needs to fit together and attach safely for the home to remain sturdy.  I start my foundation with a simple philosophy:  Athletes first; Winning Second and Students First; Athletes Second.  Students will learn, improve, grow, win, lose, and most importantly have fun.  Like a well built house, if you haven't put in a stong foundation, everything you try to add on top will collapse.  To build a solid program and to build a sturdy foundation in a home, it takes cooperative attitudes.  Our school assists students to grow to their full potential, whether it is academically, emotionally, physically, spiritually, or socially.  Remember, here at St. Francis Central School, we're building a home together, so we put all of our skills together to start building our sturdy foundation.
