In the event that the school is closed due to inclement weather, the middle school students will follow the Distance Learning schedule outlined below.
Students, if you do not have a personal computer/Chromebook at home to use, you should bring home your school Chromebook and charger every night in the event of a Distance Learning Day so you can access the Google Meets and complete the required work for the day.
On Distance Learning days, sixth through eighth-grade students are required to meet with their core teachers (English, Math, Religion, Science, Social Studies, and Spanish I) on Google Meet using the link posted in the course's Google Classroom. We will follow our daily school schedule using the times posted below. This meeting will cover any concepts connected to the course's daily Distance Learning assignment(s).
Students will not meet for elective classes (Art, Gym, Music, STEAM, and Spanish Prep) on these days.
Eighth graders enrolled in Spanish I, please note this is not an elective. You will meet with Mrs. Koval at your scheduled time.
Eighth graders enrolled in Health, if it is a Health class day (Tuesday or Thursday), an assignment will be posted in Google Classroom by 8:00 AM for you to complete on Distance Learning days.

Teachers will be available via email from 1:00-2:30 for student questions.
Electives will not meet on Distance Learning Days.
8th Grade Reminders
In a semester when eighth graders have Health, if it is a Health Class day (Tuesday or Thursday), an assignment will be posted in Google Classroom by 8:00 A.M. for students to complete.
Spanish I is not an elective since it is a high school credit course. Eighth graders will meet with Mrs. Koval at the times assigned above.
