“Mountains and Trees” was not on display during Brother Charles’ lifetime; in fact, it was found behind his dresser at the Brother Vincent Pieau Residence at St. Edward’s University after his passing. A Washington State native, it’s believed that his work seeks to capture those youthful memories.
