Clever is a customizable web portal that allows students to easily access key digital tools. Students can login to most of their tools using Clever.

Zoom allows you to host video conferences with multiple people at once: live virtual classes.

Class Management: Organizing Your Class for Distance Learning

Canvas is a fully functional Learning Management System (LMS) that allows multi-media pages, advanced quiz engine, and discussion board, among other capabilities.

Google Classroom allows you to easily post resources and assignments as well as have easy teacher/student communication, among other capabilities.

Video Tools: Creating and Delivering to Students

WeVideo allows you to edit videos, create screencast videos, and publish videos, among other things. Can also add narration and music. [All teachers and secondary students]

PlayPosit is a web based interactive video and assessment tool. Teachers can add interactive elements to videos.

Content and Learning Services

i-Ready is web based interactive software that assesses students and provides them with individualized instruction based on their individual needs. [Elementary and Middle]

Newsela is an online database of current event stories that can be leveled to meet student needs.

Secondary Resources

Kami is a tool primarily for adding hand-written and other notations on PDF documents. Students can open the files in their Chromebooks and use Kami's Toolbar to add notations.

Students will find the Kami tool in the top right of the Chromebook browser. It will look like the logo to the left.

Elementary Resources

Epic is a digital library of children's books. Students now have home access to Epic through June 30th.

BrainPop is a site of animated education videos for students.

ABCMouse is an educational website for students age 3-8. Parents can create a free account for their children during the school closure.
