Office 365 is a combination of web based storage and Office applications, all available any time, any where, and on most devices. Users login to Office 365 on the web and can then create and store documents, presentations, and spreadsheets without the need for the regular Office software. In addition, users can create shared folders, internal websites, and basic surveys.
Open your browser and go to the following website:

Login information:
Username: [computerusername]@spart2.org
Password: [regular computer password]
NOTE: That is NOT your email address! If you can't access your account, please make sure you are entering your correct username.
Your files (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) will appear under the "Onedrive" tab. Documents that other people shared with you should appear under "Shared With Me" in the left column. NOTE: They may not appear immediately. Check your email!
Any sites you want to access should appear under "Sites."
On an open document:
When you first open a document, you are in read-only mode. To edit the document click "Edit Document" in the top left corner. Choose "Edit in Word Web App," which will allow you to edit your document.
As you type, your document is saved automatically. There is no save button. However, you can save a local version of the document on your computer by clicking "File" and choosing "Save As."
Click the "Insert" tab and select the item you wish to add to the document.
Unfortunately, you can not get rid of the document. You must contact the document owner and ask to be removed from the document.
When you view a shared folder, you will see the owner of the folder. You will be able to read or access those documents based on the permissions given to you by the owner of the folder.
If a user shared a folder with you before you created your account, the user may need to share the folder again. However, you may try one of these two options to access the folder:
In either case, bookmark the folder in your browser for easy access later.
You can only make a website viewable within the Spartanburg 2 organization. There is no way to make it publicly viewable by all outside of the organization.
To make viewable within Spartanburg 2:
Copy the link. You can insert the link in emails, blogs, websites, or even other documents.
If you want to unpublish the document, click "disable" next to the link.
