"How Do I Login?"

Teachers in Spartanburg 2 have access to a variety of tools that utilize usernames and passwords. Below is an overview of those tools and how you access them.

Network

Your network username and password is the main credential needed for many things in the district, including accessing WiFi and logging on to a Windows computer.

Your username will be provided to you along with a temporary password. In most cases, your username is

[first initial][middle initial][last name]

Example:

bawilliams (for Bill A Williams)

Changing Your Password

You may change your network password by logging into a district Windows computer on our network and doing the following:

1. Click alt+ctrl+delete
2. Choose "Change a Password"
3. Enter your current password in the first space and your desired password in the next two spaces.
4. Click submit. You will receive a notice that your password has been changed.

Notes

Your network password will automatically sync with the network, email, Google, and Office 365 accounts.
If you want to use a personal device on our network, you may select the Spartanburg2 network and use this same network username and password.

Outlook Email & Office 365

outlook.office.com

Username: [firstname].[lastname]@spart2.org

Password: network password

You will be able to automatically access your email once you've logged into a Windows computer using the Outlook app found under Office in your programs.

Google

google.com

Username: email address

Password: network password

Your Google account is your full email address and network password. The first time you use Google, you may have to go through the password change process above to start using your Google account.
