Strengthened Integrated Maternal, Neonatal, Child Health Care, "Kalusugan at Nutrisyon ng Mag-Nanay". The city government in partnership with national agencies and civil society organizations shall develop a comprehensive and sustainable strategy for the first one thousand (1,000) days of life to address the health, nutrition, and developmental problems affecting infants, young children, adolescent females, and pregnant and lactating women.

Under Republic Act No. 1 1 148, the City Government shall ensure to integrate of maternal, neonatal, and child health and nutrition programs in the local nutrition action plans and investment plans for health. lt shall operationalize the latest national plan on nutrition integrating the short, medium, and long-term plans of the government in response to the global call to eradicate hunger, improve nutrition, and prevent and manage malnutrition as one (1) of the seventeen (17)  Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Womb to Work Program

The ‘Womb to Work’ program is a comprehensive program of the City Government of Muntinlupa to ensure that Muntinlupeño children have a healthy body, good mental health, access to education, and good behavior.



Sustainable Nutrition Augmentation Program (SNAP)

Through collaborative efforts with the City Nutrition Council (CNC), many Supplementary Feeding Activities have been developed such as the Sustainable Nutrition Augmentation Program (SNAP). SNAP is a community-based feeding program that aims to enhance the health and nutrition of children. SNAP has reached and supported over 700 families in 18 areas in all barangay in Muntinlupa.

OPLAN Bisita

’Oplan Bisita’ brings services to the homes of PWDs by the Muntinlupa City Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office (PDAO) and the Palliative Care Program of the City Health Office (CHO). Muntinlupa PWDs with Id holders can request a Oplan Bisita session through registration of the City Government of Muntinlupa Facebook page.

Operation Timbang Plus (OTP)

A program that aims to promote and keep track of the nutrition and health of children that is being implemented with the collaboration of the City Nutrition Council (CNC) is Operation Timbang Plus (OTP). This encourages parents to have their children ages 0-59 months or below five years old to participate in an annual mass weighing and height checking program held in the health and day care centers in the nine barangays of Muntinlupa.



Birth Certificate Registration Program

The Birth Certificate Registration Program was created to ensure all children have an identity through birth registration. This was made possible through collaboration between the Muntinlupa City Council for the Protection of Children (MCCPC) and the Local Civil Registry (LCR) in the establishment of an online platform which has registered more than 10,786 birth registrations for the year 2021.
