Children in the family, school, community, institution, or organization shall be heard without any form of discrimination. Every child has the right to express his or her opinion freely and to have that opinion taken into account in any matter or procedure affecting the child. lt shall be the responsibility of adults to provide opportunities for children to express their views, obtain information and make their ideas known.

Children's Congress 

The program served as a platform for young individuals to delve into discussions centered around their rights. The thematic discussions covered a comprehensive array of topics, ranging from the essential aspects of their well-being to fostering their active participation in community matters.

Muntinlupa Online Registration Program for the Youth (MORPY)

 It is an online registration platform for youth aged 15 to 30 years old. This program aims to facilitate easier access for young people to programs and projects that will benefit their future. This initiative is by City Ordinance No. 2020-136 and is being implemented in partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation, the Management Information Systems (MIS) Office, and the Schools Division Office of Muntinlupa City.

PWD General Assembly

The program is open to all persons with disabilities, with or without organizational membership, representatives of civil society organizations working on disability with Muntinlupa City, and parents or representatives of children with disabilities.

Boys and Girls Week

This activity aims to celebrate the gains and successes of the city in promoting and protecting the children; institutionalizing a child-friendly environment; and empowering the children and youth as right-holders and duty bearers for them to deliver their responsibilities and commitments to promote and protect and fulfil their rights.

Festival of Talents

It is an annual activity to highlight the skills and talents of Muntinlupa students in multi-event competitions scheduled during the National Peace Consciousness Celebration in September for school-based activity and in October for the Division-based activity which culminates as the Division Festival of Talents.

Performing Arts Workshop

It is a program where hidden talents are unlocked, and children take center stage, where creativity, self-expression, and fun collide.

Child-Friendly Public Spaces

Urban green spaces and recreational parks serve to offer city dwellers areas for enjoying nature, participating in recreational activities, and fostering community well-being

10 Muntinlupa Outstanding Students (MOST)

Muntinlupa Outstanding Students, was made to showcase the talents and capabilities of students in Muntinlupa. It enables them to build new friendships, skills and talents. This has been a program ongoing since 1993 and most students become successful, not only outside Muntinlupa, but also outside the Philippines. They’ve crossed foreign waters to showcase the true talents of Filipinos.
