Dear Reader:
Thank you for taking a look at my professional portfolio artifacts! This professional portfolio is organized by International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) Standards which were selected based on my personal career goals and experiences personally and professionally in both my career at the Geisel School of Medicine and with my work from the Saint Joseph's College Master of Adult Education and Training program. I agree with the mission of the ISPI in that “Being Better Matters...By providing tools and strategies for effective and universal improvement, we are helping members create bigger impact, make greater contributions, and, ultimately, make our world a better place to be (ISPI, 2019)." This matches well with my personal mission statement and goals. As time goes on and my experience in this area expands, I plan to add more artifacts that reflect these standards in the best light. Though each sub-standard lists only a few items, most artifacts fulfill multiple standards; these are identified within the artifact reflections for each page.
Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions. Thanks again for taking the time to review my portfolio.
Best,
Cori
