This artifact is a training created for the Geisel School of Medicine Tutoring Program. It was selected since it demonstrates an ability to conduct effective hybrid learning sessions. Both the online and in-class materials are provided to demonstrate knowledge about learning and teaching. This artifact was selected for standard 4.4, “Carry out the implementation” (International Society for Performance Improvement, 2017). Creating the flipped classroom learning session was an eye-opening project that gave me additional experience in facilitation and use of technology to enhance learning. For improvement, I will attempt to make the short presentation video more interactive by perhaps attaching an assignment to the video to bring with them as they enter the classroom for the in-class hands-on portion of the learning. Feedback will be solicited for continuous quality improvement.
