This artifact is a case study plan for the Geisel School of Medicine Tutoring Program performed for the AE&T program at Saint Joseph's College. It was chosen to demonstrate the robust nature of qualitative research plans and therefore satisfies standard 1.1, “Conduct a study to determine a performance gap, need, or opportunity” 5.1, “Test the solution’s elements to ensure content accuracy, usability, feasibility, and effectiveness” and 5.2, “Test the solution’s required enabling infrastructure to confirm its capacity and utility” (International Society for Performance Improvement, 2017). The case study plan taught me the impact of planning and thorough case study design. For improvement, I will critically evaluate the many options involved in the case study to reduce the number of elements required to gain similar results.
