This artifact contains student comments from emails and thank you cards during my time at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. It was chosen to represent the affective domain and my ability to build rapport and have positive relationships with students. This artifact satisfies standard 8.1, “Contribute to the sponsors’ and users’ needs and goals” (International Society for Performance Improvement, 2017). The student comments taught me that my hard work can make a difference, and gives me the drive to continue doing what I do on a regular basis; it makes it all worth it to know we're helping these students! For improvement, I will ask students for constructive feedback in addition, perhaps by creating an evaluation to complete after a meeting.

"Thank you, Bill and Cori, for always greeting me with positive energy and so much support whenever I come visit your office. I'm not a very expressive person, but I wanted to let you two know that your help really means a lot to me. Thank you."
