The attached documents outline the various polices developed by the Management Committee of the Wellington Heath Memorial Village Hall. 

Data Protection

The policy seeks to ensure that the Management Committee (MC) undertakes its responsibilities with regard to all  personal information in its possession, (including that of trustees, employees, sole traders, volunteer helpers and hirers of the Hall), in line with the European Union General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which became effective on 25 May 2018.

All personal information collected and processed by the Wellington Heath Memorial Village Hall Management Committee will be used solely for the purposes specified in this policy and will not be passed on to third parties other than as specified in this document.

The trustees of the Wellington Heath Memorial Hall Charity are collectively responsible as Data Controllers for the implementation of this policy.
