From Happily Hungry by Danielle Cook Navidi (Highly recommend this cookbook, not just for cancer patients but for everyone valuing nutrition and appetite stimulation)
1½ cups cubed fresh honeydew melon (I cut and freeze these during the summer)
½ cup seedless red or green grapes
¼ cup fresh squeezed lime juice (optional for kids that don’t like lime)
¼ cup honey, to taste
1 cup seltzer water (or plain water or milk for kids that don’t like soda)
Freeze the honeydew and grapes for at least 1 hour. Combine the frozen melon and grapes with lime juice and honey in a blender. Puree until smooth, adding seltzer water as needed. Serve immediately. Makes a 14-ounce cooler.
