Plaintain Flour Porridge

Plaintain Flour Porridge

Ingredients:

1 oz plaintain flour

½ pt water or milk and water

½ tsp salt or 1 level tbsp sugar

Instructions:

Put water to boil.

Blend plaintain flour with a little cold water until smooth.

Remove water from heat. Pour on to plaintain mixture. Add salt or sugar.

Return to heat and boil for about 2 minutes.

Serve with hot milk.

Serves 6-8
