Youth Leadership
Serving and contributing actively in a Troop 266 position is a great learning opportunity!
We encourage scouts to apply for positions, but holding a position is not required nor is it the only way to have an enriching and fun scouting experience. If you are willing to try, you can expect to be supported, coached and encouraged by both the youth and adult leadership!
Attached at the bottom of this page are the following documents which you need to review and use in applying for a position for the upcoming period.

Leadership is practiced not so much in words as in attitude and in actions.
Excellence is doing ordinary things extraordinarily well.
Be a yardstick of quality. Some people aren't used to an environment where excellence is expected.
