Thanksgiving Service - Great way to start the day!

This is a wonderfull service opportunity, I hope many of you can participate.

Please bring this Activity Consent Form no later than November 22, 2011 in order

to participate in the Thanksgiving Meal Service. If you would like to donate a

frozen TURKEY for this event, please bring it on the same day, NOVEMBER 22nd.
