For this tutorial i used the art of Ida Larsen

I used a stunning kit from Devilish Dezines called `Duo Versisque`

Open a new image 700x700 & flood fill white.

Add a paper of choice as a new layer-i used paper 2-

Add your mask -layers,new mask layer>from image>scroll to mask & hit ok.

Merge group.

Open element 20-the orange swirl-resize by 80% & place on top of your mask.

Open & resize frame 1 & place in the centre of the canvas.

Add a drop shadow & sharpen.

Open & resize element 52-the tree,place inside the frame,left hand side.

Open & resize element 21-the flowers-place inside the frame,right hand side.

Add your tube & place in the centre of the frame.

Element 53-the golden lace-resize & position left hand side of the frame.

Duplicate & mirror,position to the right of the frame.

Drag these two layers under the frame.

Open element 21 again-the flowers & place on top of the left hand lace.

Element 6-the rose-resize & place above the flowers.

Element 35-the dragonfly-resize & place to the right of the rose.

Element 26-the letter stack-resize & place below the flowers.

Element 40-the books,place below the letter stack.

Duplicate & mirror the books,position bottom right.

Element 1-the mask-place below the letter stack.

Duplicate & mirror the mask.

Element 16-resize & place below the masks.

Open & resize element 48-the ornament & chain-place bottom centre of the frame.

Element 25-the fan,place to the left of the books.

Open & resize element 39-the cup,place to the right of the fan.

Element 28-the gold bow-resize,place below the books.

Element 10-the book & glasses,resize & place to the left of the fan.

Add some flowers of choice from the kit,place around the book & glasses.

Open & resize element 13-the vase-place above the books.

Now add some extra flowers & leaves to decorate your tag.

Add some wordart of choice,then add your name.

Position bottom right of the tag.

When you are happy with your finished tag,delete the white background layer & merge all layers.

Resize the tag to your liking & add your credits.

 That`s it you are done!
