Mask of choice

Open the template in psp,and resize the canvas to 650x650 all layers checked.

Delete the credits layer then

click on the white background layer,and re-flood fill white.

Add a paper of choice as a new layer,then add your mask.

Paste your tube as a new layer,and drag it below the tag frame layer.

Add a drop shadow,i use 2,2 50 5.

Click on one of the template layers and go to selections>select all>float>defloat and add

a paper of choice as a new layer.Selections>invert>edit>cut and deselect.

Delete or x out the original template layer.

Repeat these steps on all the template layers,using papers or gradients of choice,

and add drop shadows where needed.

When you are happy with your template layers,

add elements you like from the kit and arrange thema round the tag.

You can use mine for reference,resizing and sharpening as you go.

Then open the hearts element,and using your lasso tool,

select some of the hearts and place them onto your tag,where you like them.

Add the wordart,and recolour to a colour that matches your tube.

I used Lokas Aqua,to make it stand out a little,and added a small gradient glow.

Add a drop shadow and place at the bottom of the template.

Add your name using the alpha or a pretty font.

I recoloured my alpha to match my tag.

Now if you are happy with your tag,delete the white background layer,

and merge all layers.

Resize then add your credits.

Save as a png,and that`s it you are done!
