Round mask of choice.

Onto the tut.....

Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill with white.You can resize later.

Paste paper 5 from the kit as a new layer and apply your mask of choice.

Open the round brown frame and paste as a new layer onto your canvas.

Apply lokas 3d shadow with these settings then sharpen.

With your magic wand,click inside the frame and go to selections>modify>expand by 10.

Paster paper 4 as a new layer,then selections>invert>edit>cut.Deselect and drag the paper below the frame.

Use your soften brush tool to soften any of the inside edges of the frame.

Open element EI26-the basket-and resize by 75%.Place at the bottom of the frame.

Paste the sparkle element on to the paper,duplicate and mirror.

Click on the top layer in your layer palette and paste element E17-the light brown leaf-as a new layer.

Resize by 70% and place on the bottom left of the frame.Use your deform tool to point the leaf to the right.

You can use my tag for reference.Add the same 3d shadow as before,sharpen and 

duplicate the leaf,and image mirror.

Now paste element E130-the star bow-onto the canvas and place on top of the left hand leaf.

Resize by 70%,add a drop shadow and sharpen.Drag under the leaf layer.

Open element E19-the dark brown flower-and resize by 25%.Paste onto your canvas,and place 

on top of the left hand leaf,at the bottom of the star bow.Drop shadow and sharpen.

Repeat,but this time use element E14.Place on the right hand frame,over the left,then paste

element EI13 as a new layer,resize by 30%,drop shadow and sharpen.

Now open element EI16-the dark brown ribbon-and paste onto your canvas.Resize by 905,

and rotate 905 to the right,all layers unchecked.Add a drop shadow and sharpen.

Open element E18-the golden lockets-and using your lasso tool,pick go around the bottom locket,

and edit copy,and paste onto your canvas.Place on top of the dark brown ribbon.Resize by 50% and sharpen.

Now paste your tube onto the canvas,and place at the bottom of the frame.

Now add your wordart and alpha or font,and anything else you like from the kit.

Add your copyright,delete the white background,and merge all layers.

Save as a png and that`s it,you are done!

If you want to animate the tag,click on your mask layer,duplicate twice,and close off

the duplicated layers.On the top layer mask layer,apply Dsb flux,bright noise-intensity 35,

Mix checked.

Edit>copy merged and open in animation shop.

Back to psp,close off that mask layer and open the next one.

Repeat Dsb flux changing the intensity to 30.

Edit>copy merged,and in animation shop paste after current frame.

Repeat with the last mask layer,changing the dsb noise to 25.

Paste after current frame in animation shop,and view your animation.

Save as a gif.
