For this tutorial,i used the adorable art of Suzanne Woolcott.

Filters used-Filters Unlimited Square edges.

Eye Candy 4000-Gradient Glow.

Dsb Flux-Bright noise.

Open a new image 650x650-You can resize later-

Open paper 11 from the kit and resize by 80%.

On your canvas,selections,select all and paste the paper into selection.

Deselect and appply Filters Unlimited,Edges square,square edge 17.

Paste in your tube,and add a small drop shadow,i used 1,1 43 3.

Place it so it`s standing on the first lily pad.

Open element 53,the fishing rod,resize by about 255,mirror and place in your tubes hand.

Add a sdrop shadow and sharpen.

Now add the 2 fish,and place them in the water,resizing and again adding a small drop shadow

as you go.Sharpen.

Add the stool,the basket and the lamp,and resize them,and place them on the lilypad next to your tube.

Then add the 2 toadstools,the duck and the frog and place them on the grass.

You can use my tag for reference.

Paste elements 32&33 onto your canvas,resize by 505,and place them behind the yellow toadstool

on the right.Drop shadow and sharpen.

Now add the butterfly and the dragonfly,and place where you like or refer to my tag again.

Open element 68,the orangey glowing stars,and with your lasso tool,go around a few of the

starts,edit copy,and paste them onto your canvas.You can add as many as you like,resizing

and mirroring them as you go.

Now add the wordart,i applied a few different Gradient glow colours to mine using eye candy 4000.

Lastly add your name.

I used an alpha and 

 added dsb flux bright noise.

Add your copyrights,resize and merge all.

Save as a png and that`s it you are done!
