I used a great kit Ftu from Moninda called `Fall Meditation`

You can get that here

Mask 7 by Signature Collections here

Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill with white

-You can resize later-

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer-i used paper 6-and apply your mask.

Choose a frame from the kit-i used frame 2-and resize to your liking.

Place in the centre of the canvas.

Add a drop shadow-i use 2,2 50 5.

Now place your tube in the centre of the frame.

Open element 11-the string of fruit-resize and place along the bottom of the frame.

Add a drop shadow.

Open one of the wordarts from the kit,or use your own,resize,and place under the fruit string.

Element 12-the green leaves-resize,and place at the right hand side of the frame.

Change the blend mode in the layer pallete to overlay.

Add a drop shadow.

Element 14-the sunflower-resize,place of the bottom left of the frame.

Open hearts2,resize and place where you like on the tag.

Duplicate the hearts and mirror,place where you like them.

Flower2,resize and place under the sunflower.

Use your deform tool to point it the way you like it.

Again,duplicate and mirror,and place where you like.

Choose some leaves from the kit,resize and place around the tag.

Now add anything else you like from the kit.

When you are happy with your tag,add your name in a pretty font.

I added some different coloured gradient glows,to make it stand out a little.

Now delete the white background,merge all layers and resize to your liking.

Add your credits and save as a png.
