For this tutorial i used the art of Sandra Chang-Adair

I used a fab kit from Scrapper`s Delights called`Wonderland`

Mask of choice
Open the template in psp & click on the white background layer.
Add a paper of choice from the kit then add your chosen mask.
Layers>new mask layer>from image>scroll to mask and hit ok.
Merge group.
Click on one of the template layers with your magic wand,and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>edit>cut & deselect.
X out the original template layer,and add a drop shadow to the new layer-i use 2,2,50,5.
Repeat these steps until all the template layers are filled.
Open element 65-the rock and grass cluster-resize to your liking,
place along the bottom of the canvas.
Open element 66-the door-and use your lasso tool to remove the black&white tiles.
Resize the door and place on the left hand side of the canvas.
Add your tube and place in the centre of the canvas.
Element 63-the book pile-place on the bottom right of the canvas.
Element 86-the rabbit-resize and place in front of the book pile.
Element 57-the top hat-resize and place on top of the books.
Element 87-the pig-resize and mirror,place bottom left of the canvas.
Click on one of the small square template layers and add a close up of your tube.
Duplicate the close up and add a gaussian blur-radius 5-
Change the blend mode in the layer palette to overlay.
Repeat with the other small square template layer,
add your close up again and mirror it,& repeat the above steps.
Add a texture or effect of choice to the close ups.
Now add anything else you like from the kit
and then add some wordart.
You can use the wordart supplied in the kit or use your own.
Add your name using the alpha or a pretty font and place along the bottom.
I recoloured my alpha blue
Now delete the white background,merge all layers and resize to your liking.
Add your credits,and that`s it you are done!
