For this tutorial i used the art of Barbara Jensen

I used a beautiful kit from Kai Kreations called `Simplicity is Key`

Mask 46 from Millie`s Psp Madness here

Font for wordart is Centime

Alpha for name you can find here

Open a new image 700x700-you can resize later- flood fill white.

Add a paper of choice from the kit as a new layer -i used paper 5-

Add your mask-layers>new mask layer>from image>scroll to mask & hit ok.

Merge group.

Open one of the frames from the kit-i used frame 5-& place in the centre of the canvas.

Resize by 85%.

Place a close up of your tube inside the frame.

Open element 33-the flower arch,resize & with your `change to target` tool,

recolour to match your tag.I changed mine to light purple.

Add a drop shadow & sharpen.Place in the centre of the frame.

You can use your lasso tool to remove any unwanted parts.

Open & resize element 120-the gold decoration-

Place to the left of the frame.

Duplicate & mirror,position to the right of the frame.

Add a drop shadow & sharpen twice.

Open & resize element 29-the goldleaf-& place at the bottom of the frame.

Open & resize one of the flowers from the kit & place over the leaf.

Layers>merge down & move to the bottom of the frame.

Now open your main tube & place to the right of the frame.

Element 55-the gold stemmed flower-place to the left of the frame.

Resize & sharpen.

Element 5-the purple poppy-resize & position at the bottom of the stemmed flower.

Open element 28-the book-add a new layer & place some wordart on the book.

I used Centime font & wrote a children`s rhyme -

I love little pussy,

Her coat is so warm,

And if I don't hurt her,

She'll do me no harm.

 I'll not pull her tail,

Nor drive her away,

But pussy and I,

Very gently will play.

Merge down,resize & place onto your canvas.

Position next to the purple poppy.

Use your deform tool so the book in angled to the right.

Element 53-the stool-resize & place to the left of the book.

Element 15-the kitty-resize & place on top of the stool.

Open the gold leaf again,& this time place element 32-the gold rose-on top of the leaf.

Duplicate the leaf,mirror & merge all layers.

Add a drop shadow & sharpen.

Place onto your canvas & position bottom right of the book.

I duplicated the rose & leaves & recoloured purple.

Image>mirror>image>flip & position top left of the frame.

Open the two butterflys & position to top left of the frame.

Element 21-the bird-resize & place on top of the book.

Element 17- the flowers & grapes-resize & place behind the gold rose & leaves.

Now add your name using the alpha or a pretty font 

& place along the bottom of the main tube.

Add anything else you like from the kit & when you are happy with your tag,

 delete the white background,merge all layers & resize to your liking.

Add your credits & that`s it you are done!
