The scrap kit i used is a beautiful kit from Rieneke Designs called Just love me purchase this here

Mask-Vix mask 44 here-scroll to the bottom its the last set.
Filters used-Superblade Pro-coconut ice
Eye candy 4000 Gradient glow.
Onto the tut.........
Open a new image 700x700 and flood fill with white.You can resize later.
Open element 76 and resize by 75% and paste onto your canvas.Sharpen and add a drop shadow,i use 2,2,50 5.
With your magic wand click inside the heart frame,and go to selections,modify and expand by 5.
Paste paper 8 as a new layer,selections invert,edit cut,and paste your close up tube as a new layer,cut again to get
rid of any parts of the tube overhanging the frame,and deselect.
Duplicate your close up tube,and on the top layer,go to adjust,blur and apply gaussian blur radius 5.
Change the blend mode to hard light in the layer palette,and the original tube change to multiply.
Now paste your main tube onto the canvas,and position on the left of the frame,add a drop shadow.
Open element 41,and resize it up to 115% and paste onto the canvas,move this layer to the botton,
just above the white background layer,and add a drop shadow.
Now paste element 73 onto the canvas,and place at the right hand side of the heart frame-drop shadow.
I used my eraser tool and removed a small part of the string,so it looks like its threaded through the heartframe.
Add your words you want to use i typed"Just Love Me" using the Velenda Cooler,colour #710E0E size 60
and i used Superblade pro coconut ice to give it a shiny bevel,add a drop shadow,place at the bottom of your canvas.
Click on the white background layer,then paste element 71 as a new layer,and move to the left hand side,
duplicate and mirror and arrange both layers to your liking.
Next i opened element 6,and pasted part of it onto the paper layer inside the heart frame,and used my eraser tool again to
get rid of any parts outside of the heart.Duplicate and mirror and arrange to your liking.
Now click on your white background and add a new layer,selections,select all and paste paper 6 into selection,
i colourised my paper using Hue-255 saturation-136,then added my Vix mask44.
Merge group,and you can now add any other elements you like from the kit,there`s so many to choose from!
Now add your name i used Stephanie Marie Jf size 60,colour black,and for the stroke i used the gold gradient that comes in psp.
Add an inner bevel and drop shadow and position it where you like it.
I added a thin red gradient glow.
Now delete the white background,add copyrights,merge all layers,save as a png
and that`s it you are done!
