Feltaris

The Empire's most important port city, Feltaris is a heavily defended gateway to the north. Controlling Feltaris gives the Empire control over everything coming out of Najra. While Feltaris was not always under Imperial control, its current leader, Lilliane Vendris, is loyal, and will aid the Empire however she can.
