BriefTo design a food product to be served at a party.

Research

To do this I will need to:-

    Find out about existing Party Food.

    Transportation and storage of food safely.

    Find Recipes / Ingredients

    Allergy information

    What people want - Texture / Properties / Appearance / flavour / fragrance / 

Accompaniments

Specification

The food must be attractively displayed to 7 out of 10 Year 7's.

The individual food item must look attractive to 7 out of 10 Year 7's.

The food must be made within 1 hour - Including cooking time

The food must be original (Mr Smith must not have heard of it)

The food must be 2 small bites (I know some of you have big gobs but I will determine)

Design Development

Choose which was the best idea from your evaluation.

Now give reasons behind lots of ideas what you COULD do to improve it and/or make it fit the specification. Draw them if it helps explain, especially the presentation.

Take the best of these ideas and put them together.
