Healthy Lunchbox

Now I am going to work in my group to see if we can make a healthy lunchbox together. First I must list who did what

We now need to negotiate one of each to make. We need to consider price so there may need to change later. We need to consider vege people.

I need to price up my Mini Toads.

My Recipe for Yorky Pud

140g Plain Flour

200mlMilk

4 eggs.

Each item costs

Plain Flour

140 x 40p = 11p

Milk

200 x 48p = 20p

4 x 100 = 66p

The total cost of yorky pud is 97p

This will make 8 mini toads

Each toad will cost 97p / 8 = 12p

I also need ½ a sausage

.5 x 259p = 16p

Total cost of mini toad is 12p + 16p = 28p

Alberts sandwich is 73p

Charlies Fruit Salad is 40p

Debbies Millionaires Shortbread is 15p

Oh dear our total is 156p.

Albert has replaced the bacon with ham which has reduced it by 30p. Charlie has reduced the size of the fruit salad to make it 25p less and I will use cheaper sausages to save 8p. We are now in budget.

Now I need to write a risk assessment for the bit I am making.
