3, Equipment

You will need to learn all of the names and safe use of the equipment in your kitchen. Much of it is expensive and sharp. In each room, work station are made into 4's with 2 cookers, 1 sink and 4 worktop places as a set.

This is our equipment in HE2 (which is the same as HE1).

Recipes and ovens have different temperatures depending on where they originate. 

Gas Mark 7 = 210oC

Gas Mark 6 = 200oC

Gas Mark 5 = 190oC

Gas Mark 4 = 180oC
