100g Plain Flour100g Butter
Pinch of salt
50g Caster Sugar
100g RolledOats
Approx. 3-4 Tablespoons Mincemeat (or Jam)
Method
Grease 7 Inch tin,Pre-heat oven to 190
Rub Flour into the butter
Add the salt, sugar and oats
Press half the mixture into the tin.
Place/Spread the mincemeat into the tin
Cover with the remaining mixture
Press down
Cook for 30 mins.
