Ingredients
Puff or Flaky Ready Roll Pastry
75g (ish) of cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella or other)
3 Tables Spoons Tomato Puree
Herbs
Optional Chopped flavours
Method
Heat up the oven to the specified temp on the pastry packet
Roll out Pastry
Spread Tomato Puree on the pastry
Add herbs and optional ingredients make sure that they are spread across the whole roll of pastry.
It should now look like a square pizza.
Roll it from both edges into the middle.
Chop them to 1cm width
Cook them for the time specified on the pastry packet.
