Hi Team,
We cannot move dead accounts out of your bases because it effects the year-to-year numbers. However, we do want to be able to distinguish active accounts from dormmate ones. This way we can just pull them all out in bulk when taking a look at the variances. Kyla will be coming around with a printed reminder of the below listed codes. Please begin putting these in the account notes field exactly as written. If you know an account is dead in your base, please also begin using these notes;
Volusion Account note codes;
OOB17 – out of business
MPS17 – customer went to MPS
PPQ17 – customer left due to poor product quality
