It has been brought to the company’s attention that some of our RMA’s are being coded incorrectly. Basically, Premium Warranty Codes are being entered on RMA’s for products that we have never purchased from the vendor noted.
PLEASE make sure that every time you are noting a Premium Warranty Code in an RMA you are getting that code directly from the customer. If they aren’t sure or there is no PWC mark ZingTree as no PWC and continue with cost. DO NOT look up the vendors in MOM and notate it that way.
This is a serious issue and can result in serious consequence if it is found that a particular employee/department is recording the incorrect PWC consistently.
