Reset Drum counter:
1. With the front cover still open, you should press Clear ("Replace Drum?" should appear on the display), and then 1 for Yes.
2. Wait for "Accepted" message and close cover.
(It may be necessary to remove the drum unit and put it back in, and then, with the cover open, do the procedure.)
Reset Toner counter:
1. Shut down printer and unplug from wall. Let sit without power for at least 5-10 minutes.
2. Remove toner cartridge(s) and restart printer without cartridges installed.
3. When “no toner” error displays, install toner cartridge(s), beginning with the one that was giving an error message.
