Hi all-
If you get a call about a fuser or maintenance kit that is defective and has the #031 PWC we need to get a detailed outline of what is wrong with the product. For example, if the part is NR we need to know when installed, the error message, any troubleshooting, etc.
Also, every one needs to come back, regardless of the cost.
Sales Team, if you get one of these issues please feel free to forward the customer to me and I can get them taken care of.
