Yah! We were finally able to figure out why you were unable to put notes into the account sometimes. This happens because the customer has created an account WITH a password and that is NOT the account you are trying to put notes into. Moving forward, anytime this happens you will have to go into the customers accounts and find the one WITH the password and then add the notes. Make sure you write that account # on the paperwork to merge, I will then merge it into that account but still RESET their password. If this makes no sense Carisalynn can explain it :) Thank You!!!
