Good Morning,
Can you all PLEASE double check your Zingtree’s before you submit them. We have a submit page so you are able to double check all of the info is correct BEFORE you submit. I have seen 4 ZT’s in the past week and 1 yesterday where the RMA is for a completely different order or there are too many/too few #’s for the RMA. As mentioned before, the report will not show ZT’s for RMA’s that are incorrect and I will not be going back through and double checking these.
