Hi All,
All of the exterior doors need to remain closed, not propped open. I know that it is spring and the fresh air smells and feels great. But there are many reasons that we want to keep the exterior doors closed. Here is a list of a few reasons.
1. The mountain behind us is called Rattlesnake Mountain. The previous tenants warned us about not propping doors open unless we want slithery friends joining us.
2. We pay a lot of money to heat/cool this building and leaving doors propped open will cause our HVAC system to work overtime. Overtime is expensive.
3. Have I mentioned the snakes.
4. There are a lot of people who use the trails behind our office in the evenings to walk their dogs or get exercise, we are not trying to have a free yard sale with our game room and kitchen items.
5. Rattlesnakes are poisonous, slithery and downright scary.
Thank you for your help in this matter.
Best Regards,
Caryn
