When you are working on Online Orders that choose "Net 30-Approved Orders" and they are not an approved account, please follow up with the customer as follows:
Day 1- Phone Call AND Email
Day 2- Phone Call AND Email (if no results)
Day 3- Phone Call AND Email (if no results)
Day 4 - Nothing needs to be done unless customer responds
Day 5 - Call and Email. Then, if still no response, cancel order and put paperwork in Marthe's door
