Order forms will be handed out to cadets on Apr. 23.   Order form must have clear printing and either, hand delivered to a Sponsoring Committee or Staff member on any Tuesday, or scanned & emailed to Mark Calcutt or James Blackmore (email addresses below).  Please do not send the form anywhere else.

Order will NOT be fulfilled without FULL payment.  We prefer eTransfer.  But you can pay with cash, cheque or debit with Mark Calcutt on a Tuesday (last date May 14 at Training Night).   eTransfer to 3strikersquadron.payment@gmail.com.  Payments must be sent by May 14.  Please mention "Pizza" and Cadet's Name on the memo line on any eTransfer.  The Cadet's name MUST match the name on the order form. 

The pizzas will be available for pickup at Training Night on May 28.  We do not ship.  And we don't have the capacity to store them for you.  So if you are NOT able to attend that night please make alternate arrangements with Mark or James.

Our supplier is Uncle Dads here in London.   We will be selling 5 kits.  Each pizza kit has 4 freshly made ~ 11" thin crust pies.  The pizzas will NOT be frozen, they will be fresh, and they can be stored in your fridge up to four days or in your freezer up to four months.  You can buy as many kits as you wish. Each kit is as shown and can not be changed.  We are ONLY selling the five kits on the form.   BTW - These are great on the BBQ.   Ingredients are as listed on Uncle Dad's website or Facebook posts.

All pizzas listed can also be ordered with a cauliflower gluten free crust option.  Sold individually, not as a kit.  Gluten free price is 2 pizzas for $30 or 4 for $60. To order gluten free crust fill out the bottom section of the order form.

Order By

Orders must be placed, and paid for, by May 14, 2024 to be accepted.

All orders will be delivered to the Squadron Sponsoring Committee and will then be distributed to cadets on May 28 training night.  Ensure the cadet's full name is on the order and on the payment.  eTransfer payment to 3strikersquadron.payment@gmail.com
