The Vijaya (27th out of 60) Tamil New Year Celebration organized by Tallahassee Tamil Sangam was held on Saturday, April 13, 2013 between 6:00 and 10:00 PM at the Lake Jackson Community Center, 3840 North Monroe Street, Suite 301 (next Lake Jackson Library) Tallahassee, FL 32303. Like prior years the celebration included an entertainment program and potluck dinner. The following is the tentative event schedule:

• Serving of the snacks
• Invocation for Tamil Goddess: Everyone
• Welcome address: Dr. Muthuswamy
• Children's programs
  • Children's individual songs
• Adult's programs
  • Tamil Comedy Routine தமிழ் நகைச் சுவை : Vivek, Gnanabhanu, and Somasundaram
  • Movie songs: Manoharan, Achutha, and Srinath
• Closing Remarks: Mrs. Karpagam
• Dinner
• Photos
