What: U.S. Naval Ship crew required life saving training for it's personnel involved in real world operative settings.
The Challenge: Life saving and safety training curriculum was stalled and organization at risk of losing certification.
The Solution: Implemented change management process to track curriculum updates and monitor remediation efforts. Developed ‘Train the Trainers’ course, new testing criteria and creative techniques for interactive participation.
The Result: Completed nine-month training program resulting in 900 employees (60 classes) with 100% pass rate during a very busy industrial work schedule. Curriculum quickly spread throughout the organization resulting in eager acceptance of the intended information.
