What: Clients' online support for growing businesses due to an increase in sales required additional application interfaces.
The Challenge: Client required an online interface to support B2B capability and customer-facing transactions in support of new products and services.
The Solution: Built a customer-facing web environment supported by technologies including COM objects that would get mapping and Geo-coordinates, load research information, create PDF forms, and insert and access records from legacy databases. The site was also built to support XML loaders that received data from partners and included order placement and tracking capabilities.
The Result: Created online access for customers to obtain low-cost, quick turnaround, and follow-on in-depth analysis if necessary for their valuation and risk management solutions.
