C. Early Childhood Through Grade 12 Leadership
Reflection: Early Childhood through Grade 12 Leadership is an area of strength but I will continue to work on growing my experience with high school students and programming. I have a lot of special education work experience with students transitioning into early childhood, moving from Part C to Part B, transitioning out of Early Childhood into Kindergarten, and moving out of the elmentary and into the High School. I have been able to collaborate with High School Special Education Transition teachers in my special education position in Mora and I have been working on increasing my knowledge while working in McGregor. I attended NLSEC training on Transition, attended STAR level II training for working with secondary students, attended High School CST and Transition IEP meetings. I worked on growing my experience with older students by helping to supervise Prom, Graduation, and two basket ball games.
