Judgment and Problem Analysis
Reflection: Administrators and leadership teams are constantly making judgements and analyzing data to make well informed decisions. My involvement in our leadership committees have given me frequent opportunities for problem data analysis and to guide decision making and planning.
As part of our Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) team, we have completed a Comprehensive Needs Assessment and Root Cause identification to determine what our improvement plan focus should be. My involvement with our PBIS, Teacher Assistance Team (TAT), special education Child Study Team (CST), and Restorative Practice (RP) groups have allwoed me to participate in the analysis of district and school data and to prioritize needs.
3. Analyze Attendance Records November 2018 to determine how much core instruction students are missing and work on strategies to increase consistent attendance.

Behavior Stategy Suggestions and Limit Setting Strategies
Staff was struggling with consistant reponses to student needs. Created these documents to provide a consistent response framework. Revised with feedback from the PBIS, CSI, TAT, and CST teams.
