selected GPO, navigate to Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\System\Device Guard. Right-click Turn On Virtualization Based Security, and then click Edit.-------Disable

close VMware Workstation
delete any .lck or .lock files and/or folders you see, in the directory of the problematic VM
run VMWare Workstation
start the VM
