Notes: Our first in-person showings in 14 full months (the last was Saturday: March 14, 2020. We spent a little bit experimenting with the technical set-up. Here’s what we arrived at:
Voice chat over Discord via 1 person’s phone (Brian’s, to start).
Audio output set to speaker
Microphone sensitivity set to maximum (all the way to the left, not the right - that’s maximum filtering)
Video sharing from David’s Linux machine via Zoom
Crunchyroll video set to 720p to avoid frame rate issues
Had to manually set Share Computer Audio via a checkbox (in the bottom left of the share modal IIRC)
Shared only the Crunchyroll window. Incidentally, when you share you have to click on what you want to share, then make sure to click the Share button in the bottom right of the modal.
