Register for Classes

You can register for classes through your MyNKU account. If you are not allowed to register, check to see whether there are any holds on your account. If there are no holds, it might be that there are prerequisites for the course that you have not fulfilled. If you cannot register for the course because you are not a student in that degree program, you should contact the course instructor or the particular program director and explain that you are a member of MAIS program and that the course would contribute to your plan of study. Request permission to enroll in the class. Courses in other programs are not obligated to allow MAIS students to enroll, but there is usually no problem, unless there are limited seats available or there are prerequisites that need to be met. One important exception is that only students admitted to Chase School of Law can take Law classes. If you have an questions or problems, contact the MAIS program director for guidance.
